Nyn\u00ed bydl\u00edm ve vlastn\u00edm objektu a jsem r\u00e1d, \u017ee m\u011b odsud nem\u016f\u017ee nikdo vyhnat pouhou v\u00fdpov\u011bd\u00ed z pron\u00e1jmu (by\u0165 s v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016ftou). Bydlen\u00ed ve vlastn\u00edm dom\u011b, t\u0159eba typu bungalovu, tedy pova\u017euji za velmi rozumn\u00fd krok a rozhodn\u011b mu d\u00e1v\u00e1m p\u0159ednost p\u0159ed n\u00e1jemn\u00edmi vztahy.
