To se tak\u00e9 projevilo p\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed fyzick\u00e9 n\u00e1maze, kdy bylo zapot\u0159eb\u00ed n\u00e1razov\u011b zvl\u00e1dnout n\u011bjakou fyzickou pr\u00e1ci, nap\u0159\u00edklad ulo\u017eit pod st\u0159echu dvacet metr\u00e1k\u016f koksu. Jednoho dne m\u011b oslovil kamar\u00e1d, co bydlel na prot\u011bj\u0161\u00ed stran\u011b silnice, zda bych necht\u011bl za\u010d\u00edt s posilov\u00e1n\u00edm, a p\u0159i\u0161lo to v prav\u00fd \u010das, proto\u017ee jsem na sob\u011b vn\u00edmal, \u017ee je t\u0159eba za\u010d\u00edt se sebou n\u011bco podniknout. B\u011bhem n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f intenzivn\u00edho tr\u00e9ninku p\u0159i\u0161la zm\u011bna, za\u010dal jsem se c\u00edtit mnohem l\u00e9pe i po psychick\u00e9 str\u00e1nce a tak\u00e9 m\u00e9 t\u011blo l\u00e9pe vypadalo. Vybudov\u00e1n\u00ed svalov\u00e9ho korzetu trupu, pa\u017e\u00ed a nohou p\u0159ineslo sv\u00e9 ovoce a natolik m\u011b cvi\u010den\u00ed oslovilo, \u017ee jej provozuji dodnes a jsem st\u00e1le v dobr\u00e9 kondici.T\u00edmto bych r\u00e1d nazna\u010dil, \u017ee bolesti zad mohou b\u00fdt zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 nedostate\u010dn\u00fdm svalov\u00fdm fondem. Je to celkem logick\u00e9, proto\u017ee chcete-li \u017e\u00edt s dobr\u00fdm pocitem a m\u00edt radost z ka\u017ed\u00e9ho pro\u017eit\u00e9ho dne, mus\u00edte se h\u00fdbat, nebo\u0165 p\u00e1te\u0159 a klouby nejsou stav\u011bn\u00e9 pro to, aby nesly celou hmotnostn\u00ed t\u011blesnou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, od toho tu m\u00e1me svaly. Proti bolestem zad, nap\u0159\u00edklad v oblasti bedern\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e, mohou napom\u00e1hat i cvi\u010den\u00ed SM syst\u00e9mu, jeho\u017e autorem je MUDr. Sm\u00ed\u0161ek. Jde o efektivn\u00ed cvi\u010debn\u00ed metodu s pomoc\u00ed elastick\u00e9ho lana, kdy se buduje svalov\u00fd korzet, kter\u00fd napom\u00e1h\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bku, aby m\u011bl radost z pohybu, aby sv\u016fj \u017eivot nepro\u017e\u00edval jako traumatickou z\u00e1le\u017eitost a aby netrp\u011bla jeho p\u00e1te\u0159.
